Our client is seeking a proactive Insurance Administrator to join their team in Nottingham. This is a permanent, full-time position with the flexibility of working three days in the office and two days from home.

In this role, you will manage a portfolio of clients across the UK. Key responsibilities include managing monthly spreadsheet submissions, placing cover, reconciling premiums, and addressing client queries. You will also identify risk exposures, prepare client and renewal documentation, and ensure all risk information is accurately entered into internal systems. Effective self-management of your tasks to maintain a high level of client service, chasing overdue payments, and keeping documentation up to date are essential.

The ideal candidate will have strong administrative experience and be proficient in Microsoft Excel. You should have experience in a service-related role, providing exceptional service to corporate clients. Strong written and verbal communication skills, and experience with invoices and credit control are essential. While experience in the Financial/Insurance industry and familiarity with Acturis is advantageous, it is not required. We welcome applications from candidates with relevant skills from any industry.
