Insurance Broker on Mobility Team
An opportunity to join a multi-faceted insurance broker with a UK and global footprint. Our client is seeking to recruit a new Broker / Account Handler to join the expanding UK retail division. You will be responsible for the placement and servicing of niche personal lines products.
To service the insurance needs of our existing customers, providing quality customer care, ensuring that documents are obtained and despatched promptly, and all issues raised by the client are effectively dealt with.
- Liaise as necessary with insurers in relation to client's policies
- To actively discuss additional products, cover and services that the client needs and wants
- Client files up to date, tidy and in keeping with company guidelines
- Work within applicable delegated U/W authorities
Candidate profile
- 2 years + experience within insurance
- Excellent customer service skills
- Ability to communicate effectively.
- Comfortable with IT systems
- Attention to detail.
- Understanding of FCA regulations
- Able to use initiative.
What you need to know
Salary 25,000 to £30,000 depending on experience.
Annual bonus & benefits package
Office location in Hitchin, Hertfordshire / 3 days in office with 2 from home
