Insurance Claims Executive 

Here at the Markerstudy Group we have an exciting opportunity!

This role is largely remote but will require you to be able to attend big team meetings once a month in Manchester. You will also need to be comfortable with the occasional bit of travelling.

The purpose of this role is to provide first level support to key relationships managed by the Supply Chain team, including panel insurers, solus insurer partners (distribution as a service), add-on insurers, aggregators and claims supply chain partners.

Skills, Experience & Knowledge Required:

• Confident relationship builder, internally and externally.

• Effective at managing multiple priorities.

• Awareness of compliance and governance frameworks.

• Solid analytical skills, including Microsoft Excel.

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

Key Accountabilities and Responsibilities

Provide support across the Supply Chain team as required, including:

• Acting as a first point of contact for designated relationships, both internally and externally.

• Supporting the completion of business initiatives to improve commercial results and customer outcomes.

• Supporting the investigation and resolution of customer facing issues, including complaints.

• Supporting key governance and controls, including internal and external audit activity.

• Completing monitoring tools such trackers, logs etc.

• Producing management information, analysis and performance packs.

• Carrying out all activity in line with relevant governance frameworks and to deliver good customer outcomes.
