A leading MGA is currently seeking a Conduct Risk Officer. You will join a mid-sized team and take on responsibility for all conduct matters (reporting in to the Head of Compliance).

The main aims of this role are:

  • Taking the lead on all conduct, product governance and complaints matters
  • Development and implementation of the Customer Outcomes Framework
  • Maintaining conduct risk and customer outcome KRIs
  • Identifying and setting customer outcomes controls across the Group
  • Monitoring and oversight of conduct exposed delegated authority contracts

It is essential that you have conduct risk experience gained in an insurance business. A strong understanding and practical application of FCA ICOBS, PROD and DISP rules is required.
