Insurance Consultant

I am working with a fast-growing client in Swindon, who are seeking a driven, personable Insurance Consultant to join their team.
You will be responsible for the management of the retention of the existing client base and achieve desired growth through maximising opportunities for cross sell, up sell and new business opportunities. Exceptional levels of customer service should be always demonstrated, with a focus on renewal retention.

Responsibilities:

• Managing client portfolio through exceptional levels of service.
• Achieve company renewal retention rate and targets of optional extras.
• Liaise with commercial team when recognising commercial opportunities
• Follow business procedure relating to collection of premiums and management of premium finance facility and aged debt
• Be the first point of call for clients on all insurance and policy led queries by demonstrating a strong client focus and excellent service skills
• Process all MTAs and queries in a timely and risk reducing manner
• Maintain effective relationship with clients and insurers through maintenance of accurate and up to date client and claims related data
