What you’ll do:

• Act as the operations SME on client projects, advising on business processes across underwriting, underwriting support, and claims

• Bring real-world London Market knowledge to our team—helping translate complex operations into successful change and technology initiatives

• Partner with consultants, technologists, and clients to shape solutions rooted in true business practice

• Use your expertise to improve workflows, identify pain points, and design better operational models

• Train and guide teams on specialty market processes and best practices

What we’re looking for:

• Hands-on operational experience in the London Market (underwriting, underwriting support, or claims)

• A strong understanding of specialty insurance processes

• Exposure to transformation or change projects (direct experience not required—we’ll provide training)

• Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset

• Eager to move into consultancy or project-based work
