Insurance Operations & Business Analyst

What you need to show;

• Experience within a similar Business Analyst or Operations type role (essential)
• Good understanding of London Market and/or insurance business (essential)
• Strong affinity with IT systems
• Able to build strong working relationships with multiple key stakeholders
• Highly attentive to details with a structured, methodical approach to problem solving.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.
• Self-motivated and pro-active with results orientation.

A exciting opportunity for someone with insurance market expertise in a business analysis and/or operations function to join an innovative, ambitious and growing global , specialist insurer.

The Business Analyst will collaborate with colleagues within Operations to identify, define and document business processes and requirements from stakeholders across the business.

This role is a liaison between business units and project teams by facilitating discussion to solve business problems with effective and efficient solutions while satisfying the project goals and objectives.

This is an exciting opportunity to be able to use your skills and expertise to shape your role as the business expands and evolves.

What is on offer;

• Permanent contract with annual bonus and benefits package
• Salary from £60,000 to £75,000 dependent on expertise and skill set
• 3 days working in the City of London office and 2 days working remotely
