Insurance Sales Advisor

A busy and fast paced sales team in Brighton is growing this year and looking to recruit experienced inbound or outbound sales agents from regulated financial sectors such as insurance, banking, car finance or similar FCA or PRA regulated environments. This is a fast paced outbound sales role working B2C and selling insurance products.

Job duties:

• Working on an outbound dialler system to contact customers from pre-generated leads
• Advising on insurance products in line with FCA / PRA regulations
• Being involved in sales and retention campaigns
• Maintaining exceptional customer satisfaction levels
• Conduct virtual online meetings with customers
• Working in a fast paced and heavily targeted environment

Skills & experience required:

• Previous telephone based sales either inbound or outbound
• Experience in a regulated financial environment
• Self-motivated and target driven

Salary, hours & company benefits:

• £28,000 - £30,000 basic salary plus uncapped commission
• Monday to Friday (10am to 6pm Mon-Thurs and 9am to 5pm Fri)
