Integrated Art Worker / Designer (Maternity Cover, 10-Month Contract)

Role Overview: We are seeking a talented Integrated Art Worker / Designer to join our team on a 10-month maternity cover contract. In this role, you will be responsible for producing and localizing a range of digital and print collateral for our pharmaceutical clients. You will work closely with our account handling team to ensure all projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and roll out high-quality collateral, ensuring all designs adhere to brand guidelines and client requirements.
• Localize design assets for different markets, maintaining consistency and accuracy across all materials.
• Utilize Veeva CRM system for producing CLM content and emails, ensuring all materials meet regulatory standards.
• Work with CAM design authoring tool for asset creation and management.
• Execute amends and double-check work meticulously, ensuring all changes are accurately implemented.
• Collaborate with account handling and creative teams to manage project timelines effectively.
• Maintain a proactive approach to design, consistently delivering neat, well-thought-out layouts.

Skills and Experience:

• Proficient in Adobe Creative Cloud, particularly Illustrator, InDesign, and Photoshop.
• Experience with Figma and similar design tools (experience with CAM is a plus).
• Familiarity with Veeva CRM system and its applications in the pharmaceutical sector.
• Strong technical knowledge in artworking, with excellent attention to detail.
• Good time management and communication skills, able to work effectively with internal teams and stakeholders.
• Experience in a creative agency environment, with a solid understanding of design processes and best practices.
• Bonus: Experience with Adobe After Effects or similar animation tools.

• A meticulous eye for detail, ensuring all work is thoroughly checked and refined.
