Robertson Bell are supporting this organisation to recruit an Interim Accounts Payable Officer for three months – operating on a hybrid or remote working pattern.  

The Interim Accounts Payable Officer’s responsibilities include:

  • Processing and uploading invoices.
  • Creating, correcting, and requesting purchase orders to then match on the system.
  • Maintaining the finance inbox and answering queries.
  • Reviewing the aged creditor report – investigating the historical data to rectify missing and outstanding payments.

The successful Accounts Payable Officer will have:

  • Experience working in a similar Accounts Payable role, with a strong understanding of how to process a high volume of invoices.   
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Experience using numerous financial accounting softwares.
