Overview:
An exciting opportunity has arisen for an Asset Finance Paralegal to work alongside a leading Partner in the Aviation Finance space. Perhaps you have worked in finance and have secured a Training Contract, now you’re looking to fill a gap before commencing your TC? Perhaps you’re just about to finish your SQE studies? This interim role is an ideal gap filler, offering the chance for exposure to top-calibre work.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist with aviation finance transactions and leasing agreements
  • Conduct legal research
  • Drafting board minutes, managing data rooms, conducting due diligence and filings at Companies House
About you:
  • The successful Paralegal will have 3+ months of asset finance experience, preferably in aviation finance/aviation leasing
  • Strong research, analytical, and drafting skills
  • Ability to work independently
  • Interested applicants must be available at up to one month’s notice
