Job Title: Interim Asset Management   
Sector: Social Housing/Care  
Location: Bristol (hybrid working, mainly from home)  
Contract: 2-3 Months Contract
Rate: Negotiable

Summary

Your role will be to support the Asset Manager with their workload. You’ll liaise with internal members of staff and contracts when needed.
 
Key Responsibilities:
  1. Preparing documents for tendering.
  2. Assisting with a comprehensive tree survey programme - pulling together a programme of works.
  3. Helping with a major works programme that needs section 20s carried out on leaseholder estates.
  4. Completing audits that need carried out and compiling evidence to support the scope.
  5. Assisting with procurement for long term contracts.
  6. End to end traditional project management.

Role Specifications:
  • Professional qualification in construction or maintenance related discipline.
  • Ability to assist in analysing information.
  • Good knowledge of all aspects of the building industry, specifically asset management.
  • Good knowledge of Health & Safety legislation and an ability to put this into practice.
  • Delivering successful partnering contracts.
  • Partnership working with multiple stakeholders.
  • Evidence of strong procurement and contract management expertise.
  • Evidence of effectively managing large budgets.
