We delighted to be working with a top tier international law firm on the search for an Interim Director of Finance for a 12 - 18 month contact with a competitive salary on offer.

The Interim Director of Finance will focus on ensuring strong inventory management across the EMEA region. The role involves working closely with the global COO, CFO, and individual partners across the EMEA region.

Role responsibilities include:

  • Overall responsibility for inventory management and timely billing and collections across EMEA.
  • Minimize risks associated with year-end surges in collections.
  • Collaborate with EMEA practice leaders and the EMEA Regional COO.
  • Achieve specific targets, including monthly billing/collections, ageing targets, and lock-up period reduction goals.
  • Lead all phases of the inventory cycle, monitor exposures to clients, and provide detailed reporting.
  • Support and prepare Regional Section Heads.

Job Requirements include:

  • Experience as a CFO or Finance Director of a law firm with a strong track record of overseeing global revenue/working capital/ inventory management.
  • Proven track record in managing partners, people, and processes for strong revenues and tight inventory management.
  • Hands-on approach, team management skills, and credibility with senior partners.
  • High integrity and performance standards.
