A matrix charity are looking for an Interim Equity, Diversity and Inclusion Consultant for an initial 12 months. The role is based in London, offering hybrid working. The role is to undertake a full audit, providing recommendations and completely reinvigorate the EDI department.

Description

An Interim Equity, Diversity and Inclusion Consultant to:

- Lead a small EDI team, to coach and upskill them

- Review the current EDI department and implement changes

- Complete a full EDI audit of the organisation, providing recommendations

- Lead on implementing a variety of initiatives and establishing frameworks

- Lead on the strategic side, whilst supporting an operational team

- Look at re-establishing employee network groups

- Develop and maintain relationships with stakeholders

- Develop and implement an EDI strategy

- Design&deliverstrategicprogrammesthatdriveaninclusiveculture,and a diverse workforce

- Coach and advise senior leaders on all aspectsofdevelopingandinclusiveworkplacewith wellbeing of employees

Profile

A Interim Equity, Diversity and Inclusion Consultant with:

- Experience in the private / commercial sector essential

- Experience of leading an organisational wide EDI audit

- Experience of implementing EDI initiatives

- Experience of working a matrix organisation

Job Offer

Interim Equity, Diversity and Inclusion Consultant

Hybrid Working

Based in London

£450-550 per day

Start date TBC - open to waiting for a notice period
