Interim Finance Analyst - Automotive

Mitchell Adam are currently working with a national autocentre business who are in need of an Interim Finance Analyst to strengthen the finance function and support the commercial finance business partner.

The main responsibility of this role will be to pull large amounts of data from the daily and weekly sales and margins info across different entities within the business to build reports in preparation to be presented to all senior stakeholders.

An ideal candidate would have experience working with large amounts of data, knowledge of SQL and advanced Excel skills to enable them to build the relevant reports.

Ideally you will -

  • To have at least one year of experience in a Financial Analysis role, preparing reports, completing forecasting to present key figures to senior management.
  • To be confident and detail oriented, forecasting requires a crucial eye for detail which will ensure predictions will be as accurate as possible.
  • To be either studying towards an accounting qualification such as ACCA or CIMA, or to have relevant experience for this position.
  • Have a strong skillset including knowledge of SQL, Power BI skills - to pull data and Advanced Excel skills
