Robertson Bell are supporting a small Public Sector organisation based in Loughborough to recruit an interim Finance Assistant on a three month contract. 

This is a hybrid role with two days per week required in the office. 

The Finance Assistant will be reponsible for; 

- Processing invoices to ensure supplier are paid on time. 

- Overseeing the Sales Ledger and chasing any unpaid invoices. 

- Reconciling bank statements at month end. 

- Being a a point of contact for the business should they have any queries. 

The Finance Assistant will need; 

- Recent experience working in a similar role, with a focus on Accounts Payable. 

- Excellent communication skills. 

- Good IT literacy.  

Experience with Access Dimensions is desirable.
