Interim Finance Business Partner – FMCG

6 months - potential for extension

£450-500p/d Inside IR35

Central London Based (Hybrid)

Start Date: ASAP

Talentedge are exclusively working with a fast-paced FMCG business who are in the midst of an exciting project that requires the expertise of a talented Interim Finance Business Partner to support the financial decision-making and strategy. As the Interim Finance Business Partner, you will be an integral part of the finance team, collaborating closely with various departments to ensure the project's financial objectives are met. You will provide valuable insights, financial analysis, and recommendations to support project success.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with project teams to understand financial needs and provide financial expertise.
  • Monitor project budgets, analyse variances, and make recommendations for cost-saving measures.
  • Develop financial models and forecasts to support project planning and decision-making.
  • Provide regular financial reports and updates to project stakeholders.
  • Identify and communicate financial risks and opportunities to project leaders.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure financial alignment with project goals.

Qualifications:

  • ACA/CIMA/ACCA qualification with 2-3 years PQE.
  • Proven experience as a Finance Business Partner, ideally within the FMCG/Retail/Ecom industry.
  • Strong financial modeling and analysis skills.
  • Proficiency in financial software and tools, including Excel.
  • Exceptional communication and presentation abilities.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, project-driven environment.
