Interim Finance Director

Pratap Partnership is delighted to be exclusively partnering with a business based near Wakefield to recruit an interim Finance Director.  This growing business, which prides itself on excellent customer service and a great team culture, requires an experienced interim to step in at short notice to provide support to the Board and wider team, during a period of change. 

The interim Finance Director will be responsible for:

• Producing and presenting the monthly Board pack
• Providing commercial and financial insight to influence key decision-making.
• Monthly performance reviews to understand variances to budget
• Managing investor relations

To be successful, in this role you will be:

• An experienced Finance Director and qualified member of an accountancy body (ACA, ACCA, CIMA) 
• Commercially astute, and technically strong 
• Pragmatic and action-orientated
• Demonstrate excellent stakeholder management experience.
