Are you an experienced finance professional looking for an exciting new interim opportunity to make a significant impact? Our client is a leading non-profit organization in the education sector and is seeking an Interim Finance Director to oversee their finance and commercial operations. 

  • Lead the annual financial planning process and ensure realistic budgets aligned with strategic plans
  • Oversee the development and maintenance of all financial policies, processes, systems, and controls
  • Contribute to the wider operational performance of nasen as a member of the Executive Leadership Team
Preferred Requirements:
  • Proven experience in strategic financial planning and compliance
  • Demonstrated leadership in developing and nurturing business partnering frameworks
  • Track record in managing statutory audits and financial statements in compliance with relevant standards
  • Excellent analytical skills and the ability to provide accurate and reliable financial and non-financial data
  • Strong understanding of procurement, contract management, and cyber security risk
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Professional qualification in finance, accounting, or related field
  • Relevant experience working within the charitable or public sector
  • Proven ability to challenge working practices and drive commercial development
This contract role offers a salary range of GBP70,000.00 - GBP80,000.00 (4 days per week) and the chance to be part of an organization dedicated to making a positive difference in the community.
