STOIX are pleased to be supporting a global consumer business in London who are undergoing a plethora of transformation projects, systems implementation and growth. This established brand is continuing it's success and is needing the support of an Interim Finance/FP&A Manager to support whilst some of the team are focused on the delivery of a range of the above projects.

This role will see the appointee act as the commercial finance partner to a range of non-finance stakeholders across a broad range of functional disciplines, delivering regular reporting, planning, analysis and strategic financial insight.

Summary of Key Tasks:

• Financial Reporting- develop and produce insightful financial reporting to the SMT and providing evidence backed recommendations and commentary where required - this will be instrumental in future decision making
• Strategy- Working in tandem with the Finance Transformation team on strategic initiatives as well as being proactive around gathering and interpreting data to produce relevant insights and trends
• Cost Scrutiny- Acting as the lead on analysing functional cost areas to drive accountability of functional leaders and support them with problems and provide quality commercial and operational advice
• Planning- Supporting the Cost Centre owners with the delivery of budget and forecasts, and provide the required constructive challenge to ensure group-wide objectives are being achieved
• Process - Continually look to find areas of improvement to processes and ways of working, and look for ways to improve efficiency, data and quality/accuracy of outputs.

The ideal profile for this role, will be a qualified accountant with experience acting as a commercial finance partner to a range of non-finance stakeholders, and translate financial data in to actionable advice. This individual will have excellent communication, excel and systems skills and be comfortable being a proactive and collaborative member of the team.

Functional cost reporting and partnering will be advantageous, but by no means essential - this individual needs to be able to be hands-on, communicate well and deliver quality outputs on time and accurately.
