Interim Finance Manager

Your new role
Hays Senior Finance are supporting a growth focused business to recruit an immediately available finance leader to support the CFO based on the outskirts of Swindon.

This role has the potential to go permanent, but will start as an interim contract for 3-6 months with three main deliverables:

• Challenging of current operational finance processes and implementation of efficiencies and improvements.
• Ownership of all financial management and control deliverables, from processing invoices up to monthly management accounts.
• Local leadership of the implementation of MS Dynamics and transition from SAGE.

What you'll need to succeed
This role calls for a highly personable and qualified finance leader with the proven ability to dig into the detail, influence positive change, challenge stakeholders, and work autonomously in a constantly changing environment.

Applicants must be based close to Swindon, but there is flexibility around hybrid working with typically 2 or 3 days per week worked from home.
