The Interim Finance Project Lead will play a crucial role in driving key financial projects and initiatives within the public sector. They will be responsible for leading project teams, ensuring compliance with financial protocols, and delivering on project objectives.

The Public Sector organisation is based in South Yorkshire and is looking for a fantastic interim to join the team! Offering hybrid working!

Description

  • Leading and managing financial projects and initiatives.
  • Ensuring compliance with financial regulations and protocols.
  • Overseeing and directing project teams.
  • Delivering on project objectives within defined timelines.
  • Developing and maintaining strong relationships with stakeholders.
  • Analysing financial data and producing relevant reports.
  • Identifying areas for process improvement and implementing changes.
  • Providing expert advice on financial matters to senior management.

Profile

A successful Interim Finance Project Lead should have:

  • A degree in Finance, Accounting or a related field.
  • Proven experience in leading financial projects
  • Must have Oracle experience or EPN
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage teams effectively.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders.

Job Offer

  • Daily rate of GBP 260 to GBP 325 depending on experience.
