Interim Finance Transformation Manager - Transactions

My client, a small but busy organisation in Middlesex, is seeking an Interim Finance Transformation Manager - Transactions for a three-to-six-month contract.

Key responsibilities include:

• Provide strong leadership and stabilise the Transactions team.
• Recruit to key positions within the team.
• Assess and improve key transactional processes.
• Redefine workflows and set clear KPIs.
• Ensure the delivery of excellent customer service to internal and external stakeholders.

This is a great role for someone with strong experience in leading transactional teams through challenging periods, adding huge value in a short timeframe. Success at the end of the contract will be measured by the Transformation of attitudes within the team and the improved quality of service coming from the Transactions team. Candidates should expect to work in the modern, bright, and pleasant Middlesex office three times per week with the rest of the time at home.
