Role Responsibilities

• Lead the preparation of consolidated management accounts and quarterly board packs.
• Oversee the month-end close process, including review of overseas subsidiaries.
• Develop and manage the group annual budget.
• Group Accounting under IFRS
• Collaborate with accountants in different regions and engage with various company departments such as front office and operations.
• Address and resolve regular ad hoc issues faced by a multi-national organisation.
• Contribute to the maintenance of a comprehensive trial balance for a dynamic trading entity.
• Participate in the preparation of various ad hoc finance presentations and reports.
• Improve processes and controls.

Selection Criteria

• Qualified Accountant with 4-10 years post-qualification experience.
• Proven experience in group accounting and IFRS.
• Strong financial controller experience
• Exceptional ability to build relationships within the finance team and wider office to foster a collaborative working environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
• Initiative-driven problem solver with a proactive approach.
• Desirable: Experience with SUN Systems accounting software and Infor Q&A/Vision, and previous exposure to multi-currency entities.
