Charity/Membership Body - Interim FC - Temp to Perm - 2 days in London - 12 month contract initially

Client Details

A small charity, based on women's health outcomes globally, are looking for an Interim Financial Controller to join their finance team of 6, initially for a 12 month period.

Description

Main responsibilities:

• Provide financial leadership and support to all aspects of the business.
• Huge emphasis on system and process improvements
• Oversee the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
• Develop and implement effective financial strategies and policies.
• Collaborate with senior management on financial planning, reporting and analysis
• Lead financial audits and coordinate with external auditors.

Profile

A successful Interim FC should:

- Be fully Qualified (Ideally ACA/CA)

- Have Charity SORP experience

- Have a strong knowledge of accounting standards and regulations

- Have extensive experience enhancing systems and processes

- Be able to hit the ground running
