As the Financial Controller, you will play a crucial role in managing the financial operations. You will be responsible for overseeing the financial activities, implementing financial controls, and providing strategic guidance to the executive team.

The ideal candidate be immediately available and will have a strong background in finance especially within a regulated environment, exceptional analytical skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic organisation.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain accurate financial reports, statements, and forecasts to provide insights into the company's financial performance.
  • Monitor cash flow and liquidity, ensuring optimal utilisation of funds and maintaining a healthy financial position.
  • Prepare and present financial statements and reports to the executive team and stakeholders, highlighting key performance indicators and areas of concern.
  • Implement and maintain internal controls, policies, and procedures to ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulatory requirements.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyse financial data, identify opportunities for cost savings, and drive operational efficiency.
  • Conduct financial analysis and provide strategic recommendations to support decision-making processes.
  • Coordinate and oversee the annual budgeting and planning process.
  • Liaise with external auditors, tax advisors, and regulatory bodies as required.
