Are you a qualified accountant with experience operating at FD/FC level? Do you have experience of working within a VC/PE backed business? Are you able to start a new role in the next 2-3 weeks? If so we have an amazing opportunity for you to join a Bristol based organisation as their number one finance person reporting to the chief exec and VC backers. You'll be someone who has "been there and done it" and fully understands the scrutiny that VC/PE investors put on the financial management of a business in their portfolio that is going through change and a challenging external market. You'll be someone who gets all over the numbers, has great people management skills and who is resilient and solutions focused all the while ensuring the ship stays steady and the team stays motivated. This is a great business that is market leading in what they do but due to staff changes this interim stability is needed to ensure the monthly financials are delivered on time, the reporting is absolutely on point and the wider business has a head of contact for anything finance. If this sounds like a challenge that you're up for and an opportunity to really make a difference then please get in touch through application and shortlisted applicants will be contacted with further details.
