Interim FP&A Analyst

I am currently working alongside an exciting, well established FMCG business based just outside of Birmingham who are searching for an Interim Financial Accountant to support the finance during a busy audit period.

This is an amazing opportunity for a strong accountant who has experience working in the retail industry to showcase their knowledge in an exciting and ever-changing business. A successful candidate will be working closely with the FD and Treasury manager to support with financial improvement and audit readiness, this is a varied role which will enable you to work closely with systems, operations and finance.

Ideally you will -

• Be a qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA) with knowledge of the Retail industry, our client will be particularly impressed with a Big Four Background.
• Hold excellent communication skills with the ability to translate complex financial information to a variety of finical and non-financial stakeholders.
• Demonstrate strong knowledge of stock accuracy, stock adjustments and understanding of the impact of multi-book accounting.
• Be confident to get stuck into the role and really hit the ground running within a fast paced and rapidly changing environment.
