Interim FP&A Modeller

Partner Financial are working with an entrepreneurial, dynamic and expanding private equity backed, international technology business based in Central London.

The business has grown significantly since its inception and are seeking an Interim FP&A Modeller who can support the CFO in delivering financial reporting, analysis, forecasting and planning. You will also be supporting with M&A, refinancing and scenario planning. Due to the nature of the business and the small team, there are huge opportunities to develop skills outside of the core role.

Key responsibilities:

• Developing, maintaining and improving the financial models
• Managing the forecasting and budgeting process, including attending review meetings with the budget holders
• Producing the board pack with commentary
• Modelling for potential acquisitions, including what if scenarios and sensitivity analysis
• Developing and maintaining the 5-year plan, including any M&A activities
• Utilising BI tools, to improve and simplify the management reporting
• Automating and redesigning the existing templates and procedures
• Consolidating the monthly management reporting
• Providing support to the CFO, FC and Head of FP&A

The ideal candidate will have:

• Advanced modelling skills, with a background in Investment Banking or Corporate M&A Advisory
• A self-starter with a proactive 'can do’ approach
• A natural ability to build strong relationships both internally and externally
• An inquisitive mind-set where you continuously seek process improvement
