My client a unique FTSE 100 organization will be undertaking a global payroll project and need a Global Payroll expert / BA to support the International Payroll Manager with key payroll project milestones and deliverables across their EMEA and APAC payroll.

  • Significant end-to end payroll experiences in multiple countries; able to take a global view while understanding local complexity
  • Experience of vendor and stakeholder management and influence, KPIs/SLAs and issue resolution
  • Good awareness of general People and Finance function activities and their impact on and requirements of the Payroll function
  • Excellent demonstrated ability to communicate effectively, both written and verbally, with colleagues at all levels and of all nationalities
  • Questioning, empathetic, collaborative with great attention to detail and able to thrive under pressure
  • Change-management experience desirable
  • Workday experience desirable

Role is very much flexible and reactive - it will be a cases of picking up what needs doing and running with it. A few general deliverables are as follows:

  • Work with the Global Process Lead to build the payroll community within BSI, through information sharing, positive action and communication
  • Team up the People function to triage payroll change requests and ensure appropriate involvement and governance
  • Escalate and direct emerging payroll issues, establishing our new issue resolution and monitoring processes

Support the Payroll Review Project as an SME, guiding in-country payrollers in risk resolution.
