We are delighted to be partnering with a highly reputable West Midlands based education sector organisation, as they look to recruit a new Interim Head of Finance to join their thriving finance unit.

Interim Head of Finance

Duration: 6 month interim contract

Location: West Midlands (Office based)

Salary: £250 – £300 day rate via Umbrella (inclusive of holiday pay)

Requirements

• Robust financial experience working at a senior level, with budgeting, financial planning of control in an organisation of similar or greater scale
• Experience of producing management accounts, draft budgets, financial plans/projections and end of year financial statements
• Significant experience of managing budgets and cash flow to achieve efficient and cost effective resource management
• Public Sector Finance Experience is essential – Education/Higher Education experience is desirable
• Experience of leading, motivating and developing a finance team providing excellent service to customers
• Fully qualified (e.g. CIMA, ACA, AACA, CIPFA)
