Stanton House is working with a PE Backed Consulting business to recruit a highly experienced Head of FP&A for a 3-month interim role, with an immediate start. The business, who has recently received investment from a mid-market has a revenue of £30m and is growing significantly through buy and build.

Reporting into the CFO, this is a pivotal leadership role where you will have a significant opportunity to drive value in a business embarking on a change period. You will be accountable for the following:

  1. Lead the annual budgeting, forecasting, and strategic planning processes
  2. Manage a team of two and drive high-performance
  3. Provide in-depth analysis of financial performance and present findings to the management team
  4. Business partner with the leadership team and drive process improvement initiatives.

To be suitable, you must have the following:

  1. Qualified Accountant
  2. Highly experienced of leading FP&A functions in a high-growth environment
  3. Private Equity experience is desirable
  4. Strong communicational skills and able to influence board members
  5. Available to start immediately (interviews this week, start next week)

This is a hybrid role and you must be able to work on-site in C 'London for 2 days a week.

This will be an outside IR35 engagement paying c£600pd.
