Description

  • Drive the development and maintenance of the brand and any sub-brands as required in all communications, ensuring a consistent and professional image.
  • Lead the development and implementation of the company's marketing and communications strategy.
  • Manage a dynamic team of marketing and communications professionals.
  • Developing and delivering project plans for campaigns
  • Develop and manage relationships with media and stakeholders to boost the company's image.
  • Oversee the production of marketing materials and ensure consistency in the company's branding.
  • Ensure that the activities of the department align with the company's overall strategic objectives.
  • Manage the department's budget and resources efficiently.
  • Ensure all communications and marketing material complies with industry and legal guidelines.

Profile

A successful Interim Head of Marketing and Communications should have:

  • A degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in a similar role within the public sector.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.
  • Strong budget management skills.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with stakeholders.
