We are currently supporting our client who is looking for an Interim Home Manager to oversee an elderly care home and support the staff team.

?? Requirements ??
- Care management background
- Strong knowledge of CQC frameworks and regulations
- Strong experience of change management and cultural change
- Strong management style/role model for staff
- Strong Clinical knowledge
