Our client, based in Leicestershire, is currently recruiting for an Interim HR Advisor (Casework) on a 3-month temporary contract, which could potentially go on longer.

The position is due to start immediately on a full-time basis with hybrid working offered, working from home 2/3 days per week. The hourly rate is negotiable based on experience for this position.

You will need to have extensive experience handling ER cases, more specifically disciplinaries and investigations.

Duties will include (but are not limited to):

  • Act as the first point of contact for a range of employee relations issues
  • Work closely with the HR team to support Employee Relations casework development and management
  • Hold responsibility for the delivery of a comprehensive support services in relation to casework such as disciplinaries, investigations and resolution
  • Support with any necessary communication of the ER strategy and engagement within staff networks

Expertise required:

  • Strong ER experience including disciplinaries and investigations
  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience in HR

Working hours:

  • 35 hours per week
  • Monday - Friday,
  • 9am-5pm (flexible hours)
  • 2/3 days working from home
