Are you available immediately for an interim role?
Are you an expert in TUPE transfers?
If so this could be an opportunity for you. Our global client seeks a HR Business Partner for an initial 3 month fixed term contract to support them through a large growth project. Working closely with the HR Director you will come on board to lead a large TUPE transfer, 121s and consultations.
Alongside this, the HRBP will support the wider team in the day to day HR function, to include recruitment, onboarding and employee relations as they grow rapidly!
This is a fast paced role, and we seek a candidate who can hit the ground running! Ideally you will have experience of TUPE transfers within a blue collar workforce such as distribution, logistics, manufacturing. The role is based in Northampton.
