A transport organisation are looking for an Interim Industrial Relations Specialist to join them immediately. The role is to support the organisation through considerable changes with a focus on managing the Trade Union negotiations and consultations, to delivery a strategy and changes to T&C's. The role is based in London, offering hybrid working.

Description

An Interim Industrial Relations Specialist to:

- Lead and shape the development of the Industrial Relations Strategy

- Design an action and project plan to ensure smooth and effective delivery

- Identify opportunities to create impact and introduce new T&C's across the business

- Introduce new ways of working in the future opportunities

- Engage with Trade unions and ER Forums to consultant on business changes

- Review the organisations T&C's as well as ways of working to identify new opportunities and mitigate risk

- Develop a risk and change impact assessment

- Work with the wider team to deliver continuous improvements to the overall employee relations function

- Work with the wider organisation to review how they currently operate, looking to make massive improvement and support in the delivery to ensure they create the best possible customer experience

Profile

An Interim Industrial Relations Specialist with:

- Previous experience in the transport industry desirable

- Experience of leading trade union negotiations

- Previous industrial relations experience essential

- Ability to develop and maintain strong working relationships

- Project management experience

Job Offer

Interim Industrial Relations Specialist

Immediate Start

Initial 8 month role

£5-550 per day - Open to discussion
