Interim L&D Manager Needed!

Location: Solihull

Contract: 3-6-months

Day Rate: Up to £300 per day under umbrella

Hybrid working

Join a dynamic, regulated business in the Solihull! I am seeking an Interim L&D Manager to make an immediate impact to business key initiatives.

Role

  • Design and deliver training programs
  • Manage and optimise the Learning Management System
  • Lead and support key learning and development projects
  • Support in redesigning the Competency Framework
  • Setting and tracking learning objectives across the business

Requirements for the Interim L&D Manager:

  • Proven L&D management experience
  • Expertise in using LMS
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, regulated environment
  • L&D, OD, or CIPD qualification or equivalent
  • Excellent planning, project management, problem-solving, and analytical skills
