Interim Management Reporting Manager – £22 – £26 per hour – fully remote

We are looking for a Management Reporting Manager to lead a team of analysts in providing critical financial reports and insights.

What Will Be the Responsibilities in This Role?

  • Manage a team of Management Reporting Analysts.
  • Support business analysis and KPI reporting.
  • Plan and direct resources to achieve goals.
  • Handle management reporting queries.
  • Assist Finance Business Partners with performance analysis.
  • Drive continuous improvement and identify growth opportunities.
  • Support budgeting, forecasting, and risk appraisal.

What Experience Do You Need?

  • Part-qualified Accountant (ACCA/CIMA) or equivalent experience.
  • Clear communication of financial information to non-financial colleagues.
  • Ability to adapt to change and implement new initiatives.
  • Experience managing a team.
  • Strong analytical skills and intermediate Excel skills.
