Interim O2C Senior Business Analyst

Partner Financial are working with multinational organisation based in London, with a strong market presence in both developed and developing markets. They are currently embarking on a new strategy, transformation, and restructure, which will have a positive impact on performance, expertise, and the quality of their services.

The successful candidate will join a high-performing project team and will drive the optimisation and efficiency of processes related to order to invoice and on to revenue recognition including balance sheet accounts from an end-to-end perspective.

Key responsibilities

• Identifying solutions to process and system deficiencies and managing their implementations.
• Analysing and documenting sales, invoicing and revenue recognition procedures as part of the Order to Invoice review project.
• Producing information to facilitate the review process in a timely manner.
• Partnering with the Divisional finance teams, technical business analyst teams and revenue accountants to provide recommendations and develop an improvement plan.
• Driving process improvement within the function and optimising data reconciliations.
• Managing stakeholders, both internal and external and ensuring that they are informed and aligned to workstream objectives.

Ideal candidate

• Qualified Accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent)
• Finance and CRM system knowledge (Salesforce, Alteryx, and Infor 10 Sunsystems)
• Strong business process understanding related to order to invoice and onto revenue recognition including balance sheets.
• Excellent communication skills and stakeholder management skills, comfortable challenging existing protocols, and influencing at all levels.
• Hands on attitude and able to work independently to high standards.
