Joining us in Business Consulting

Grant Thornton’s Business Consulting group consists of Enterprise Applications, Technology, Finance, Operations, Deals and People focus areas. The Enterprise Applications (EA) Practice is responsible for advisory and project implementation services related to Oracle Cloud Applications and Technology in particular.

Joining us as an Interim Oracle Cloud HCM Architect in the Enterprise Applications team,you will collaborate closely with business stakeholders to understand their objectives and requirements and transform them into solutions. You will design comprehensive solutions aligned with business needs and advise stakeholders on solution options, risks, and their impact on processes and systems. You will contribute to the development and execution of roll-out strategies, cutover/transition plans, end-user training, and documentation.

Once this project is completed, you will have the freedom to continue working with us on projects that you can choose, whether full or part-time within Enterprise applications and support our clients and internal teams on short to medium-term assignments.

Skills we are looking for
  • Oracle Fusion (HCM) implementation experience and a proven track record as an Oracle Cloud Solution Architect or in a similar role, with a robust portfolio of successful project implementations.
  • Lead end-to-end Oracle HCM Cloud implementations, encompassing workshop and training facilitation, and demonstrate adept client-facing implementation experience
  • Possess extensive expertise in Oracle HCM Cloud modules such as Core HCM, Absence Management, Time and Labour, Compensation, and Recruit.
  • Demonstrable experience with full cycle implementation of Oracle Cloud HCM projects (Core HCM,
  • Good understanding of interdependencies between technology, operations, and business needs.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • While much of our project work is conducted in a hybrid manner, willingness to travel to work on customer sites as needed.
