Interim Part Time Finance Officer

Robertson Bell are supporting this organisation to recruit an Interim Part Time Finance Officer on an initial 3-month contract, which has the potential to go permanent. The head office is based in south Hampshire, and they are operating on a highly flexible and hybrid part time working pattern.

The Interim Part Time Finance Officer’s key responsibilities include:

• Processing payments, invoices, raising purchase orders and inputting them correctly into the system.
• Processing and reconciling the payroll on a monthly basis.
• Reconciling the bank accounts, balance sheets, sales ledger and purchase ledger.
• Maintaining the finance inbox and the relationship with HMRC - resolving queries.

The successful Interim Finance Officer will have:

• Experience working in a similar role, with knowledge of how to process invoices and reconcile bank accounts is essential.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the confidence to regularly communicate across the team.
• Experience using numerous financial accounting softwares and strong Excel skills.
