Robertson Bell are helping our client recruit an Interim Part-Time Finance Officer, to work three days per week, for an initial two-month contract. The role is based in central London, but remote working is an option for the right candidate, with occasional visits to the head office.

The Interim Part-Time Finance Officer’s key responsibilities will include:

  • Entering and processing invoices into the ERP system accurately and efficiently.
  • Reconciling balance sheets and bank accounts to ensure financial accuracy.
  • Managing historic debt by following up with core suppliers and resolving outstanding payments.
  • Assisting with audit queries by providing necessary documentation and support.

The Interim Part-Time Finance Officer will have:

  • Experience working in a similar varied role, having worked across both sales and purchase ledger – preferably in accounts payable.
  • Previously reconciled bank accounts and balance sheets.  
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.  
  • Experience using various finance systems and MS Office - Outlook, MS Teams, Excel, SharePoint etc.
