Interim Payroll & Benefits Adviser - London

Working as part of the Payroll team you will oversee the monthly payroll processing of UK liaising closely with the outsourced payroll provider.

There are a number of newly created, existing and new benefits in the pipeline, you would work closely with the dedicated Benefits lead to look at the financial impacts/ various tax deductions etc.

This role offers lots of interaction across the business in particular with the finance team but across all divisions. Big emphasis on value add and relationship building. Drive on supporting new processes and initiatives.

Salary up to £50,000 eqiv. plus the benefits listed/ 35 hour week/ 3 days London office

The Person

- Solid experience of end to end UK Payroll

- Good level of Excel ability - v look ups

- Proactive approach

- Excellent team working skills
