Butler Ross are working with a leading utilities organisation who are looking to recruit an Interim Procurement Compliance Analyst on an initial 6-month contract. This is a hybrid-working position with 2-3 days a week on site in their Warwickshire based office; offering a day rate up to £550/day (Umbrella rate, Inside IR35).

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Monitoring procurement activities to ensure compliance with the public sector regulations, policies, and ethical standards.
  • Assisting in the implementation and development of procurement policies and guidelines
  • Identifying potential compliance risks as well as developing and implementing risk mitigation strategies in conjunction with cross-functional teams
  • Producing and maintaining accurate reports and records of procurement activities, compliance assessments and audit findings
  • Identifying opportunities and striving for continuous improvement across procurement compliance and assurance practices

Ideally you will have:

  • Experience working within heavily regulated industry or environments, and an understanding of regulations, policies and ethical standards - (within utilities. public sector or similar organisations)
  • Prior experience in procurement analysis, risk, or compliance related positions
