Role: Interim Procurement Training Manager          

Rate: £350 - £450 p/d

Location: Remote / Travel to Berkshire once per week

Castlefield Recruitment are partnering exclusively with a Public Sector organisation in Berkshire to recruit an Interim Procurement Training Manager.

Role:

  • Lead teams to develop new contracts, including advising senior managers and ensuring compliance with relevant legislation
  • Lead on the development and delivery of an organisation wide training programme to enhance organisational procurement and contract management skills and prepare for the application of the Procurement Act 2023
  • Provide training, coaching and written guidance to Influence over improved delivery for £100m p.a. expenditure on bought-in supplies, services and works
  • Prepare e-learning, remote classroom/workshop and direct workshop sessions

Person:

  • Advanced understanding and experience in utilising e-tendering systems (specifically ProActis) to maximise its functionality
  • Detailed knowledge of the Procurement Act 2023
  • Experience of delivering organisation wide training schemes
