Interim R2R Lead - West Midlands/Hybrid - Circa £700/800 per day outside IR35


My client is undergoing a major finance transformation, as part of this transformation they are require an interim record to report lead to take ownership and accountability for R2R across their functions while they head into an intense period of significant change.

Reporting to the Programme Director on the day to day you will work closely with various stakeholders including all programme leads, finance and transactional heads.

Specifically, you will be responsible for the global design and adoption establishing a clear vision for global R2R processes, defining processes, policies, procedures, and systems. Compliance will play a major part of the role ensuring financial accounting data quality standards are properly defined and data integrity maintained.

The successful candidate will need an accountancy qualification (ACA, ACCA, CIMA etc..) and strong knowledge and hands on functional experience in R2R processes such as transactional ledger management, intercompany accounting, fixed assets, capex accounting, statutory reporting and so on. Experience of R2R process architecture, process change and change management will also be a must to succeed in this role.
