Interim Regional HR Specialist

Interim Regional HR Advisor - South Yorkshire / Lincolnshire areas. Circa £35000 to £40000 DOE

Your new role

This UK based company with several sites in the leisure area are seeking an Interim Regional HR Advisor for their "Midlands" sites - consisting of a site in Sheffield, Lincoln, Hull and Grimsby.

Reporting to the Group HR Manager and working closely with the site Operations Directors you will be the regional Point of Contact for all HR related issues.

You will provide a full generalist HR and people service - covering all aspects of HR, recruitment, employee lifecycle and employee relations.

All the sites you will cover are unique however the Sheffield site is a new opening in the next 2 months so the role here will be about embedding staff within the culture and being that HR support to new employees and the management team. Lincoln and Hull are engaged and high performing staff. Grimsby - smaller site with a lot of long serving staff who are good performing a team.

You will spend 30% of your time equally at the sites in Sheffield, Lincoln and Hull - with some additional 10% in Grimsby (when needed).

NB This role is regional - covering Sheffield, Lincoln, Hull and Grimsby. There is flexibility and some home working, but presence is needed on each site.Mileage is paid to sites from your "base" site or home - whichever is closest.

What you'll need to succeed
Ideally you will :

• Have a HR background in the leisure industry or a fast-paced environment / transferrable experience sector such as manufacturing, logistics or care/homes.
• Be minimum Level 3 or 5 CIPD qualified (or similar level experience level)
• Strong HR / ER knowledge and experience
• Passionate about generalist HR provision and enhancing a performance culture through supporting and upskilling employees of all levels.
