Cedar is currently partnered with a well-established Financial Services business to secure an Interim Senior FP&A Analyst, based in Central London. The role is offered as an initial 6-month contract, with a day rate ranging between £400-£500 per day.

The Role
As Interim Senior FP&A Analyst, you will:
* Support the Head of FP&A in delivering group-wide financial planning and analysis.
* Lead the budgeting and forecasting cycles, partnering with divisional heads to provide insight and challenge.
* Build robust financial models to inform strategic decision-making.
* Deliver monthly performance reporting, including P&L analysis and variance commentary.
* Support strategic initiatives and scenario modelling to assess investment and commercial opportunities.
* Work cross-functionally to drive financial accountability and transparency across the business.
* Assist in developing dashboard and reporting improvements to support senior stakeholders.

Your Profile
You will ideally have:
* A recognised accountancy qualification (e.g. ACA, CIMA, ACCA).
* Strong FP&A or Commercial Finance experience within a Financial Services setting.
* Excellent financial modelling and Excel/Power BI skills.
* A strategic mindset with a hands-on approach to analysis and problem solving.
* Experience working in a fast-paced, matrixed organisation.
* Prior interim experience is advantageous, though not essential.
* The day rate of £400-£500 reflects the level of responsibility and expertise expected for the role.
