Interim Commercial Legal Counsel
Location: Buckinghamshire, hybrid role with travel to the office
Salary: open to discuss on an FTC or day rate

Our client in the Buckinghamshire region is seeking an Interim Commercial Legal Counsel to support on general Commercial Agreements, IP and Data Privacy.

Responsibilities:

  • Reviewing, drafting and negotiate B2B supplier and customer contracts.
  • Support Procurement with contract reviews and negotiations
  • Data Privacy
  • Intellectual Property licensing matters

Required Qualifications, Knowledge, and Experience:

  • UK Qualified Solicitor or Barrister with 6 years plus PQE
  • Available to commence a new position from July 2024 onwards for a three to six month period.
  • Strong UK contract law background, with effective negotiation skills
  • IP licensing knowledge and experience
  • Good understanding of Data Privacy
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively
